Levels of Giving

 

SCID Benefactor $500,000 lifetime contribution  
Honorary listing for indivuals who have donated over $500,000 in their lifetime or have committed $500,000 or more through planned giving. Donor will receive the benefits of the Director's Circle level.
Director's Circle  $50,000 annual contribution
Donor and up to three guests will be invited to all SCID/SIEPR events with priority seating, including any special discussions, conferences, and seminars honoring the Director’s Circle members. Donor will receive SIEPR Perspectives, e-Newsletters, Policy Briefs, and other research publications.
Individual or Corporate Leadership Circle  $20,000 annual contribution
Donor and up to three guests will be invited to SIEPR Associates Meetings and various SCID/SIEPR discussions, conferences, and seminars with priority seating. Corporations at the Leadership Circle level may have a link to their home page from the SCID website. Donor will receive SIEPR Perspectives, e-Newsletters, Policy Briefs, and other research publications.
Individual or Corporate Investor  $10,000 annual contribution
Donor and a guest will be invited to SIEPR Associates Meetings and select SCID/SIEPR events. Donor will receive SIEPR Perspectives, eNewsletters, monthly Policy Briefs, and other research publications. 
Individual or Corporate Associate  $5,000 annual contribution
Donor is invited to SIEPR Associates Meetings and select SCID/SIEPR events. Donor will receive SIEPR Perspectives, e-Newsletters, Policy Briefs, and other research publications.
Friend  $1,000 contribution
Donor is invited to attend selected SCID and SIEPR events throughout the year and will receive select SIEPR publications.
Seating at special conferences, such as SIEPR Economic Summit, will be allocated on a membership category basis.

In addition to membership levels, we have special needs and giving opportunities.  

Specific Gift Opportunities

Additional opportunities exist beyond the above mentioned levels of membership. They include:

  • Endowing a named Senior Fellow at SCID
  • Endowing a named Fellowship for Graduate Students at SCID
  • Establishing a named Conference Fund
  • Endowing a named Research Program
  • Funding a Dissertation Fellow

Gifts to SCID are tax-deductible under applicable rules. The Center is part of Stanford University's tax-exempt status as a Section 501c (3) public charity.
